Well the results are in - and kudos to all that participated. It was a very tough decision, that considered several factors. For instance, more points were awarded in the original costume section for creating it. Also, it was restricted o those that pre-registered for the contests via the website in advance. That said, here are the winners:
For most original, the prize goes to Tarkus Octagon. Many of you know him as the respected IST faculty member Gerry Santoro. It was not self made, but the clean cut of the design won the day.

The Best Self-Likeness competition went to Gregory Drechsler, otherwise known as IST 110H's very own Garret Miller. I'm suprised personally at this decision, only because of Proffessor Tapia's effort in making herself as close to herself as humanly possible, and can only conclude that she had not entered. This is not to say that Garret didn't do an amazing job! Remembering to register was very lucrative for him...

And finally, the winner for Best Character Costume goes to Terrence123 McGinnis. This is the only winner I don't have a real world name for. Would the real Terrence123 McGinnis please stand up? Hit me up with comments... Clad as the Dark Knight Batman himself, this was a no brainer. Completly self made, complete with mini-bat on his shoulder, it could not be ignored.

All of the contest winners, and the runner-up's photos can be found here. The first-place winners took home an IST mug and L$750 while the runners-up took home L$250.
